Ritter puts Van Genderen in charge of plan to reduce greenhouse emissions

Gov. Bill Ritter says that Heidi Van Genderen will develop a Climate action Plan that includes incentives to push Colorado business and residents to reduce their output of carbon dioxide by 20% in 2020.
