U.S. Sen. Barack ObamaFormer Colorado governor and Democratic National Convention superdelegate Roy Romer endorsed Barack Obama for president Tuesday, ABC News is reporting.
Romer is the fifth Colorado superdelegate to back Obama; four Colorado superdelegates have backed Hillary Clinton, while five remain uncommitted.
In his announcement, Romer urged other superdelegates to back Obama because "it's important" for Clinton "to know where we are so she is not misled," according to ABC News.
